Event Description:
Meeting of LISS (lichens in South East Scotland)
Date: Tuesday March 14th
Time: starting at 10 am with the day finishing at approximately 15.30
Location: Hay Lodge, Manor Bridge and churchyard
A return to this location for the LISS group to search for lichens new to the area and for people to work on improving their knowledge of the lichens present.
Highlights from the visits in 2022 included Lecanora varia, Melanohalea laciniatula, Physcia stellaris, Rinodina sophodes, Xanthoria ulophyllodes, Physcia caesia, and Physcia dubia.
